The Tourist Service Office (BOT) deals with reservations of visits for organized groups and individual visitors; arranges for guide service.

November 1st – March 31st only groups of schoolchildren of more than 9 persons
each are exempt from the reservation fee

Reservation fees for visits to the State Rooms or Crown Treasury and Armoury:
- group of maximum 9 persons - 16 zl
- group of 10 - 30 persons - 38 zl
The groups visiting the exhibitions cannot exceed:
- State Rooms, Crown Treasury and Armoury, Exhibition The Lost Wawel - 30 persons
- Royal Private Apartments - 10 persons
- Oriental Art - 20 persons
